The Carmelite Society and Queen Victoria Band Club presently organises all the outdoor festivities for the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The Club invites number of guest bands to play in the village on various days of the week. The band itself then presents a formal classical programm on the band stand in the main square. The club also owns a fireworks factory named ‘Mount Carmel Fireworks Factory’ where a number of volunteers manufacture all the fireworks that are let off during the festa week.
